Dr. Lynn Supple, PsyD, HSP

Dr. Supple is committed to the wellbeing of her clients, promoting peak wellness through a healthy mind and body. She founded Aspire Wellness in Louisville, KY to carry out this mission.
Dr. Supple specializes in working with individuals and athletes experiencing eating disorders, anxiety, and mood dysregulation. As a former Division I athlete, Dr. Supple also has experience in enhancing athletic performance for elite athletes. Dr. Supple is passionate about her clients and dedicated to the treatment of individuals struggling with eating disorders.
Education
Dr. Supple received her doctoral degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She then completed her postdoctoral training at the Victory Program at McCallum Place and Webster Wellness Professionals. Prior to this experience, she trained at the Eating Recovery Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Supple is passionate about training/research in the field of eating disorders, and she presents at Eating Disorder in Sport Conference.
Clinical Experience
Dr. Supple has experience in various settings specific to the treatment of eating disorders including university counseling centers, residential programs, and outpatient practice. Her specializations include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Family Based Treatment (FBT). Dr. Supple uses evidence-based treatment to address eating disorder symptomology, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and “other specified” eating disorders. Prior to relocating to Louisville, Dr. Supple co-founded and operated Partners in Wellness, a St. Louis-based practice focused on the treatment of individuals with eating disorders specializing in CBT, DBT, and FBT. She is excited to bring this skillset and passion to the state of Kentucky.
Athletic Experience
As a former track and cross country runner at Indiana University, Dr. Supple was named to the Big Ten Academic All-Conference Team. She understands the pressures associated with balancing collegiate athletics and academics. Dr. Supple has helped individuals and teams reach peak performance through intentional, evidence-based methods. She supports athletes in a holistic mind/body approach to allow individuals to achieve their highest performance.
