FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, Aspire Wellness does not accept insurance. Many clients submit for out of network benefits through their insurance company. Dr. Supple or Kaye can provide you with documentation that your insurance company requires for reimbursement.
What is evidence-based therapy?
Evidence-based strategies have been demonstrated through research, and shown to be effective in reducing symptoms in a measurable way. By identifying effective interventions and strategies, Aspire Wellness provides services rooted in what works. This can be extremely valuable when considering treatment for an eating disorder. Recovery outcomes improve greatly with early intervention and consistent treatment.
What can I expect from my first visit?
We aim to make your experience at Aspire Wellness warm and welcoming. Your first appointment will consist of getting to know Dr. Supple or Kaye, answering questions about your personal history, discussing treatment goals, and addressing any other questions/concerns you may have. Please bring a copy of your growth chart if applicable (you can request this from your doctor or pediatrician).
Do athletes need specialized services?
An athlete faces the demands of daily life, such as work and school, along with the unique pressures associated with sport. Whether you are looking to improve your athletic performance or address an eating disorder, you may require a special expertise. Aspire Wellness strives to treat distressing issues while keeping you connected to your sport, and returning as a healthier, happier athlete.
