As a former Division I athlete, Dr. Supple also has experience in enhancing athletic performance for elite athletes. She draws on strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. She has helped athletes through performance anxiety, mental blocks, comeback from injury, and encourages a competitive mental edge. Dr. Supple believes that a healthy mind and body makes a successful athlete.
